Budget Family Meal Plan #29

Hands up who's hungry...

OK, so it has taken me a few days to get this post live, but her it is...even if it is 3 days late!

Last weeks meal plan was just a huge disaster! *TMI Alert* I was on my period and was so demotivated and stuck in a huge funk so we relied a lot on picnic plates and freezer food! I must remember this next month as this happens all the time and I never take it into consideration when I am planning! Any how...here is this weeks meal plan, remember to leave me a comment and let me know what you have planned for the week too.

Saturday: Hot Dog and fries

A weekend fave!

Sunday: Winter Veg Pie with Roasties, green veg and gravy

Another Delia Smith special!!  Except I will be using a shop bought pre made pastry!

Monday: Slow cooker jacket potatoes with cheesy beans

Monday is football night, so slow cooker jackets are perfect for everyone to have as when they like!

Tuesday: Spicy Coconut Veggie Stir Fry

This looks so so good! Recipe here on Budget Bytes

Wednesday: BBQ sausages, potato wedges, onion rings, corn on the cob and baked beans

Thursday: Slow cooker veggie tagine and fruity cous cous

This is one of the kiddos faves! Its such an easy recipe and to be honest you can use any veggies you have, which makes it perfect for the end of the week and using up all of the leftovers!

Friday: Bagel pizzas, french fries and beans

Jenson has been asking for bagel pizzas for ages! He saw them on Ashley Bailie's YT channel and he was mindblown by the idea of putting pizza toppings on a bagel!

  1. Better late than never! Ugh! I get like that when I am on my period. It's rubbish!
The slow cooker veggie tagine sounds lovely and the bagel pizzas are such a great idea x
