Belles Musical Tea Cart Review

You know me and my guys love Disney, and that my girls love a princess toy! So a while back when I went to the BlogOn conference and spotted the Jakks Pacific Disney Princess Belles Musical Tea Cart I knew my girls would love it and promptly added it to my mental 'they need that for Christmas' list! Imagine my delight when a few weeks later we got an email asking if we would like to review it! Of course I squealed with delight as I quickly typed my reply, knowing my kids would love this early Christmas present!

Now, I have mentioned before that the kids have to earn the toys we get to review so after lots of helping Mummy in the kitchen the time finally came to have a play with the magical, and muchly sought after tea cart!

The cart comes flat packed, in 4 parts, within the box. And I wont lie, I swore a few times as I struggled to get it together, it needs a blummin good push together to ensure it is stable and ready to play with! It doesn't need any screwdrivers, but as I say to ensure it is fitted together securely you need to push very hard! I did think that the plastic was going to break but I needn't have worried it withstood a lot!

It comes with a Mrs Potts, the teapot in case you are unaware, a chip (the tea cup) an extra tea cup and 2 spoons. You also get a small card invite which you can personalise with your child's name, but I wont lie that seemed to disappear with the rubbish, opppss (bad Mum points!)

The tea cart is decorated in a grogeous yellow and pink, with roses adorning the wheels and push bar. And images from the iconic Disney movie on the tray and the 'legs' of the trolley too. These little touches really make this tea cart so special, it hard to explain but I hope from my photo you can tel just how cute and special it is.

The magic of the tea cart happens when you either push the trolley, or when you press the rose button on the side of the trolley and it starts singing the classic Beauty and The Beast 'Be Our Guest' song as it rotates round. It is lots of fun and very charming. Although maybe not for the thousanth time! But worry not...Jakks Pacific have your sanity sorted and their an on/off switch on the bottom of the trolley (phew!)

We have had so much fun with our tea cart. Elsie has used it as a dolls pram (don't ask), she has served a weekend lunch to the other monsters, and pushed her Nanny a cup of real tea and a plate of biscuits! Her favourite thing to do though is grab her princess dolls and her princess dress and set up a Princess tea party in the living room.

The Musical Tea Cart has an RRP of £60.00 and is available from all good toy stores including Smiths, Argos and Amazon.
