Slimming World Friendly Spaghetti Carbonara

This was seriously delish! Even Dean went back for seconds!!

What You Need:

400g spaghetti
5 rashers bacon (no fat if you want it to be syn free!)
6 tbsp fat free natural yoghurt
3 eggs
half a bunch of chives
60g (around 3 handfuls) grated cheese (this divided by 4 should be less than your daily Healthy extra allowance hence syn free if you have already used your HEx A then you will have to syn)

Pop your spaghetti on and then you can get on with everything else and by the time your done with the rest your spaghetti should be cooked!
Chop your bacon up and add to a pan that you have sprayed with frylight. Fry for a few minutes.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs and stir in the yoghurt, cheese and chopped chives.
Once the spaghetti is cooked add it to the bacon and pour the egg mixture over it and coat all the spaghetti, mixing the bacon into the spaghetti (so everyone gets some!!)
Heat through tossing continually with tongs, until the egg has started setting (it took me 4-5 minutes)
Serve up with a hot crusty roll (if your lucky enough to not be a Slimming Worlder, to all my Slimming World lovelies, I believe that you can have 1 or 2 of the weight watchers ready to bake petit pans as a Healthy Extra B, again if someone could comment to confirm this would be great!)
