Slimming World Friendly Pea, Sausage and Tomato Pasta

This recipe is Slimming World Friendly, just 1.5 syn per serving,  so long as you use Grilled reduced fat sausages oh and the kids love it to!

What you need:

6 reduced fat sausages 
1 garlic clove, chopped and crushed
1 tin chopped tomatoes
75ml Vegetable stock
1 teaspoon sweetner
100g (approx 8) cherry tomatoes (halved)
250g pasta 
200g frozen peas
Herbs, Salt and Pepper (to taste)
grated cheese (use your HEx A or syn it...the syn count above DOESNT count the cheese as synned)

Preheat the oven to 180c/350f/gas 4.
Put the sausages under the grill, and pasta on the hob (we can multi-task remember!!)
In a frying pan (sprayed with fry light) fry the garlic until soft, add the tinned tomatoes, the cherry tomatoes (halved), the stock and the sugar (also the herbs, salt and pepper if you wish) Bring to the boil and then let simmer for 10 minutes, if the sauce becomes to thick add more water as required.
Now everything should be about ready at the same time so drain your pasta and chop your sausages and add to the sauce mix.
Add the sauce mix to the pasta and also the frozen peas.
Place in an oven dish top with cheese  and pop in the oven until the cheese has melted!
