Slimming World Baked Egg Custards

I've been searching (well trawling) the Internet to find a simple low syn treat I can whip up pretty quickly this delicious baked egg custard certainly did the trick!

What you need (makes 4):
4 egg yolks
300ml semi skimmed milk
4tbsp sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract

shake of chocolate powder to serve

Preheat your oven to gas 4/180c.
This is really so simple just mix your ingredients in a jug then fill your ramekins (not to full!!) then place the ramekins into a baking dish then fill (close to the top of the ramekins) with boiled water. Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are springy on the top.
