Puff Pastry
Peanut butter
Chopped nuts
Egg (for egg wash)
Start by unrolling the pastry and cutting it in half, next spread peanut butter over one half making sure you go right to the edges! Layer the other half of pastry on top and cut them into strips around an inch wide, and then cut them in half to make them easier to handle, then holding each end twist a couple of times and place on baking tray, cover in egg wash and sprinkle with some chopped nuts.
Bake in a preheated oven, gas mark 4, for around 20 minutes, or until golden and puffed!
Enjoy!
Oh, these look amazing, I am going to give them a try. They probably have lot's of calories though...
