The monsters absolute favourite way to stay active in the house is to push the coffee table right back and switch on some of their favourite songs for a dance off! Not only are they staying active they are having fun and actually they always manage to bond a little too (they haven't yet realised that a dance off should have a winner!).
Living actively means it is important for me to make sure that the monsters are getting enough vitamins and goodness so that they can go on and on and on...(a bit like a Duracell Bunny!!). One way I ensure this is by making sure the fridge has plenty of Frubes youghurt's inside!
The main health benefits of yoghurt include Calcium, Protein and Vitamin D which are especially important for bone health. Frubes not only contain 50% of a child's recommended daily intake of Vitamin D they are gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and with no added colours, artificial flavours or sweeteners, you can rest assured that you are choosing a snack that kids will enjoy as well as being a healthy choice.
Once you have had fun with your own dance off, grab your own Frube, and head over to www.angrybirds.frubes.co.uk you can download Angry Birds masks and play the super fun Frubes Birds Vs Pigs Dance Off game. Frubes have teamed up with the Angry Birds Movie and right now by purchasing special packs of Frubes you can be in the running to win the chance for you and your family to flock to the Bahamas for a fun-filled island holiday. The competition also includes a weekly draw to win a whole host of Angry Birds Movie merchandise, with a grand prize of a family holiday for four to spend six nights in the Bahamas! But be quick you only have until October 31st 2016 to enter!
