1 heaped tablespoon of butter or spread
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon dried herbs
1 teaspoon grated Italian style hard cheese (I use the kind you get in a shaky tub)
Toast (the above covered 8 slices of toast)
Put the butter in a bowl and sprinkle on the garlic, herbs and cheese, mix well adding more butter if you need to.
Spread on toast as soon as it comes out the toaster, cut into finger slices, arrange on a platter and sprinkle with more cheese.
