Cooking With Kids. Weetabix Chocolate Brownies (Yes, Weetabix!)

The mini monsters have currently gone crazy for baking! We have literally baked every day for the last week and a half, I have been had this recipe sat in my drafts for ages as we just hadn't gotten around to making it, but with my A-Z Cooking With Kids Blog Hop this week I thought this would be perfect  for Elsie to help me make whilst the monsters were at school/poorly on the sofa! And who knew you could use Weetabix in a cake! They went crazy for these Weetabix Chocolate Brownies an they were demolished and an empty plate with in just a few hours!

What you need:

2 Weetabix Chocolate
100g sugar
100g self-raising flour
2tbsp cocoa powder
100g chocolate drops
100g butter (melted)
1 egg (beaten)

Before you go why not head over and check out the A-Z Cooking With Kids for lots more ideas to get you and the kids in the kitchen this summer. And be sure to let me know in the comments below what your favourite recipe is too make with the kids.
