No Bake Individual S'mores Pie's | Cooking With Kids

Currently, the monsters are obsessed with marshmallows and so I have been trying out some recipes that use marshmallows that we can make together...

** Can I apologise for the photo quality, I was quickly losing natural light and our lights, well you will see!** 


You will need (makes 12):

1/2 pack digestive biscuits
50g Butter (you may not need it all, it will depend on the size of the biscuits!)
1/2 tbsp Sugar
2 packs Instant Chocolate Pudding (made following pack instructions)
Marshmallows (large)

Optional:
2 squares plain chocolate (grated)

This recipe made ALOT more than I expected it too! You may want to half the recipe as they won't last any longer than 24hrs in the fridge.



Crush digestive biscuits in a food processor (keep a spoonful to the side for later) and stir in the sugar and melted butter and press into bottom and sides of your individual pie cases, put in the fridge for half an hour.

Whilst the crust is chilling make up the chocolate pudding and when the crusts are ready pour the mousse into the pie crust and pop in the fridge until set.

Top pie with a marshmallow and some crushed crumbs.

When ready to serve pop under the grill until the marshmallows start to brown.
