Marie Curie is a charity very close to my heart, so when I heard about Superdrug and P&G teaming up to raise £200,000 for them I just knew I had to tell you all about it.
Marie Curie provides expert care, guidance and support for people living with a terminal illness and their families. Marie Curie Nurses work night and day, in people’s homes and in one of the charity’s nine hospices, providing hands-on care and vital emotional support for carer's of people living with terminal illness.
The money raised from the Feel Super campaign will help Marie Curie continue the great job they do and reach even more terminally ill people and their families.
From 23rd September to 20th October each time you buy a P&G product, including brands such as Max Factor, Olay or Gillette, from Superdrug, a donation will be made to Marie Curie. 1 product = 1 donation.
Whats more this time around you can also donate via a selfie. So come on pick your phone up (come on...now!) show us your best smile and share your photo using the hashtag #FeelSuper on Twitter and Instagram 1 Selfie = 1 donation!
Interview with brand ambassador Frankie Bridge.
What can you tell us about the Feel Super campaign?
P&G and Superdrug are continuing our joint efforts to support the vital work being carried out by Marie Curie all over the country. In partnership they are now committed to raising £200,000 for the charity in 2015 - that’s double the original target set!
Do you find it difficult juggling your career with motherhood?
Of course I do, but I’m sure it’s the same for every other working mum out there. Being a mother is the most important job I’ve ever had, but I also really love my career, so it’s about balancing the two. Thankfully I have great support from Wayne and my family.
What are your ‘can’t live without’ products as a mum?
Pantene dry shampoo and Olay 2in1 Instant Hydration + Blur. I love anything that makes it quick and easy to get ready!
