Fruit Crumble | Cooking With Kids

I love sharing the recipes from our kids cooking class with you all, I would love to see your creations if you try them out too, be sure to share your pics on our Facebook page. This week we made a super simple Fruit Crumble, Evie made it all by herself and Elsie had a real good try, but mostly ate all the ingredients...including the butter! 

What you need (makes 1 pudding, serves 2 children): 

2 table spoons porridge oats 
1 table spoon sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 tablespoon butter (about 35g) 
2 halves of peach (canned) 
1/2 banana 
1 tablespoon raisins/sultanas 

Stir the oats, sugar and flour together in a bowl.
Add the butter, and tickle it all together to make your crumble topping.
Chop up your peach and banana, it doesn't have to be perfect. (In fact Elsie squished hers into her baking tray!) then pop in the bottom of an individual baking tray. 
Spoon the raisins into the baking tray and give the fruit a quick mix. 
Sprinkle your crumble mix on top (you may not need it all) 
Cook in a preheated oven for approx 20-30 minutes until the crumble is golden. 

Serve by itself or with some yummy custard. Or why not top with a few extra slices of banana and custard like we did...
