I don't know if it is just me, but back to school for me always give me a kick up the backside to get back into good routines. One of the routines I want to get back into is meal planning. So on Friday, I searched the cupboards and the freezer to see what we have actually got! And then whilst I was in the mind frame ordered online from Asda...literally ordering just what we needed, no sneaky packs of crisps, or chocolate ice-creams.
Anyway here's this weeks plan:
Our shop this week has come to under £40, with just a few bits I picked up in town that I knew I could get cheaper in Home Bargains and such shops.
I should also add their are a few more "freezer meals" than we would usually have because we are getting a new fridge freezer and at the moment we have a huge chest freezer so need to use the majority of it before the new one arrives!
Top Tip: If you have a Heron Frozen Foods near you, check it out! We got our yoghurts this week for approx 80p for 12 Munch Bunch! (Asda would have cost us £3!!)
