As I shared our last recipe from the monsters cookery class I though I would share this one too! This week we made pizza's we got ridiculously messy but my they were yummy!
What you need:
150g plain flour
a varirty of vegetables/toppings
mozzarella (or any grated cheese)
Add the flour and margarine to a mixing bowl and 'tickle' them together until yu have breadcrumbs.
Add A LITTLE BIT of milk at a time, until you get a soft dough.
Sprinkle a little flour on the table and tip out your dough and make into a pizza shape.
Put the dough on a lined baking tray and spread some passata on top.
Add your toppings.
Cover with cheese and maybe a sprinkle of herbs.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
