Yey! Its time for #ToddlerApprovedTuesday! Thanks to all who joined in last week, after expecting 1 or 2 to join in we were dead chuffed to recieve 11 link-ups! Thank everyone!

My 2 fave's from last week was this amazing Frozen Inspired Themed Photo Shoot over at Clearly Bex and You Baby Me Mummy's review of this Fisher Price Little People Skyway. My monsters would love these without a doubt! And that skyway? That is Defo on this year Christmas List!

This weeks link up is over with co-host Leandra at Larabee-uk.blogspot.co.uk, please head over and link up we would love to see more of your #ToddlerApprovedTuesday posts!

So onto my link up for this week, we had these planned already I'm not copying Leandra's post from last week I promise!

Anyway these are so yum! The whole family will love them, my lot devoured them in 1 sitting.

Memo for next time: Must make more!

What you need: (makes 12)

200g Puff Pastry (I used half a shop bough refrigerated block)
12 Slices Pepperoni
60g Grated Cheese
Tomato Puree

Roll out the puff pastry and cut out into circles BIGGER than your pepperoni pieces!

Spread the pastry pieces with puree and pop a piece o pepperoni in the centre and sprinkle on some cheese.

Pinch the circle together as though forming a 'sack'.

Put on a baking tray.

Spray with frylight or brush with melted butter.

Pop in preheated oven (Gas 6) for around 10-20 minutes (depending on the size of the bomb's) until the pastry is golden and puffed.

Enjoy!

  2. I am so jealous of shop bought puff pastry! My daughter has coeliac disease and we are all gluten-free in the house so no shop bought for us (although there is one brand making it, they only stock one supermarket that we don't have here!!)...They look lovely!
