Pizza Muffins | Cooking With Kids

Hi everyone it's Ellie, first thank you to Debs at Super Busy Mum! Mummy has gone crazy for her toddler snack feature and I thought the Cheesey Tommy Muffins looked yum and I wanted to make some but I have changed your recipe a little bit and have turned them into Pizza Muffins.

You can find Debs original recipe HERE! but here is mine, I decided what I wanted to put in it and Mummy told me the amounts I should use!

You will need:

8oz Self Raising Flour
4oz Grated Cheese
170ml Milk
1 egg (whisked)
8 Cherry Tomatoes
6tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2tsp Salt
A few grindings of pepper

Mummy was really surprised by how much we loved these! They were sooooo yum. We had them for lunch time and we eat them all. Even Evie liked them and she isn't really a tomato fan! Mummy tried a couple first (to make sure they weren't poisoned why do Mummy's say that!!) and she liked them too. Oh and Elsie liked them too so they are good for baby's and older people too!

The new ketchup is still delicious and its good to know that we can be a it healthier if Mummy chooses this one instead of our usual one that she gets.

Enjoy!!

Now for the grown up bit so I will hand over to Mummy....
