Summer Berry Croissant Puff | Cooking With Kids

We've gone a bit baking mad since Great British Bake Off! This recipe was perfect for using the leftover croissants from the previous days brunch and filled with yummy fruit too!



Incase you missed it you will need:

*4 croissants
* Around 15 strawberries
* A few Handfuls of Blueberries
* 1 tub of soft cheese
* 2 eggs
* 2/3 cup sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla (we used our grinder, thats the black bits you can see!!!) 
* 1 cup of milk
* Icing Sugar to serve
